LimitLine Merchandise Terms of Sale

Effective September 3, 2026

These Terms of Sale govern purchases of physical LimitLine merchandise from The Foundery Group, LLC through this Shopify store.

Separate from digital subscriptions

Physical merchandise is separate from LimitLine digital subscriptions, app-store purchases, and digital services. A merchandise purchase does not start, renew, upgrade, cancel, or otherwise change a LimitLine digital subscription. Digital products and services are governed by their separate terms and billing channels.

Pricing and charges

Merchandise prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes, if any, are shown at checkout before an order is submitted. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting an order.

Availability

Products are made to order and depend on fulfillment-provider blank inventory and production capacity. Availability can change without notice. Displaying a product or placing it in a cart does not reserve inventory.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment for an inventory, payment, pricing, address, fraud-prevention, legal, or operational reason. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the canceled amount.

Fulfillment and product appearance

Physical merchandise is produced and shipped by a third-party fulfillment provider. Product mockups are intended to represent the design and placement, but screen settings and normal production variation can affect perceived color, placement, or scale.

Cancellation

Cancellation or address-change requests are considered only before fulfillment begins. Once production starts, an order cannot ordinarily be canceled or changed.

Shipping

We currently ship merchandise only to United States delivery addresses. Shipping methods, charges, and estimated timing are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees, and an order may arrive in separate shipments. Our Shipping Policy provides additional details.

Returns, refunds, and replacements

Eligibility for returns, refunds, and replacements is governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Returns require prior authorization.

Applicable law

These terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
